* Where is the 2002 or 2003 Washington Field Office Memo that analyzes Dr. Ivins’ whereabouts during the “windows of opportunity” (such as this one) ? Dr. Ivins had the largest repository of Ames by far and thus certainly it should have been a priority to do before records were lost. »
