Under the GAO rules, as I understand them, GAO has the ability to upload interviews it has conducted.
But I believe originating agencies may still control FOIA processing of documents that they originate.
It would expedite matters if GAO requested the Byrne deposition, the Welkos deposition, and the Hawley deposition. DOJ could shoot over the Andrews, Jahrling, Little, Adamovicz, Worsham depositions that have already been processed.
