Judith McLean did a radio interview recently.

http://www.deborahdachinger.com/judith-mclean-author-reverend-discusses-spirit-releasing/

DXer reports …

  • In this radio interview, she says …

she does bi-location work so she can be two places at once.

  • At night, she receives an assignment and does her work before she goes to sleep. Travelling to some far away place to help out.
  • When 9/11 happened, she used her bi-location ability to go to New York to help out there (after initially checking in at the Pentagon to see if she could help out there). A person came to her in spirit form….
  • She used her powers to send out looking for other DNA fragments to bring them together to form etheric bodies.
  • But you can hear her description of when she acquired her psychic abilities — no remote viewing skills necessary. Her interview begins at 15 minutes into this radio program from last September 2010 at this link. Just hit the podcast and move to 15 minutes.
  • at about 18:35 she says you too can learn remote viewing. The radio interviewer notes that it could replace Skype if both parties learn remote viewing.
  • She says that living near a cemetery is a real challenge. A cemetery near a massage parlor was a real annoyance — the spirits brushed past clients and opened up bathroom doors at inopportune times.

This is the book that the actor relied upon in developing his psychological portrayal of Bruce Ivins in the NG “Hot Zone” series. He should have done better research into his character. Instead of relying on the showrunner who barely remembered the anthrax mailings, he could have gone to his computer and googled.

Daniel Dae Kim relied on this book as his bible which explains why he has so missed the mark in understanding Dr. Ivins and Amerithrax.

Former FBI Agent R. Scott Decker (author of “Recounting the Anthrax Attacks”) is incompetent to have written a newly published a book relying on this witness. With this sort of incompetence and failure to vet witnesses — even after the facts have been made widely known — do not think for a moment that the FBI is able to keep our country safe.

Fox, Steve Zaillian Developing ‘Mirage Man’ Movie About 2001 Anthrax Attacks

by Jeff Sneider July 26, 2018

    http://collider.com/mirage-man-movie-anthrax-attacks/

20th Century Fox is developing an adaptation of David Willman‘s non-fiction book The Mirage Man: Bruce Ivins, the Anthrax Attacks, and America’s Rush to War, Collider has learned.

Steve Zaillian will produce via his Film Rites banner along with Anova Pictures principal Cybill Liu, …

The Mirage Man chronicles the true story of the 2001 anthrax attacks, which began on Sept. 18 — exactly one week after 9/11 — and continued over a period of three weeks. Letters containing anthrax spores were mailed to several news media offices and two U.S. Senators (Tom Daschle of South Dakota and Patrick Leahy of Vermont), ultimately killing five people and infecting 17 others. According to the FBI, the ensuing investigation became “one of the largest and most complex in the history of law enforcement.”

Faced with an absence of evidence against Ivins but determined to develop an alternative to the debunked Hatfill Theory, R. Scott Decker, Scott Stanley (who moved over to behavioral unit at Quantico) and his friend Greg Saathoff, took Judith McLean’s notes on Ivins counseling sessions and spun a psychological basis for finding Ivins guilty of the Ivins crime.

It constituted gross incompetence for them not to vet Judith McLean by something as simple as reading her book at amazon.com that she wrote about the period she met with Ivins in summer of 2000.

The head of the FBI’s WMD division expressly relies on Ivins’ first therapist.

    He writes:

“But perhaps, the most chilling insight comes from Bruce Ivins’ therapists.”

As proof that Amerithrax botched, I enter into evidence as Exhibit A Vahid Majidi’s September 2013 book.

    • DXer said

      Dr. Majidi writes:

“While the above personal accounts and testimonies do not directly implicate Bruce Ivins as the perpetrator for the Amerithrax mailings, they do serve to complete a mosaic that clearly illustrates Bruce was a complex individual with parallel lives.”

No. They complete a mosaic of FBI officials who do not vet their witnesses, are not well-read, and have no concept of what is reliable evidence that a man has committed murder.

  8. DXer said

Ironically, this was the FBI’s central witness underlying its theory.

Judith McLean gave these Washington Post reporters a two hour interview that was central to the “Ivins Theory.”. These reporters now need to read her 2009 book which last I looked is available online at amazon for about $10. If Washington Post does not correct this story, it is a momentous lapse in journalism that will be taught in journalism classes for years. If they do correct it, it will be the way things are supposed to go and to their credit. (Washington Post is my favorite newspaper). When new information is presented, it needs to be understood and any errors corrected. If she had been identified, her hearing voices, talking to rocks and plants, being granted psychic powers by aliens, work as a medium and exorcist, being pursued by Taliban entities, getting instructions at night before going to sleep, getting sick from her astral recovery work at Ground Zero and Afghanistan etc. could have been taken into account in assessing an anonymously presented account that was critical in the spinning of Dr. Ivins as the anthrax mailer. Not only does Amerithrax represent the greatest counter-intelligence failure in history of the United States, but it represents a continuing journalist debacle and ongoing train wreck. Mara…. Dr. Linscott… this never happened. Sometimes a geeky paranoid, insecure guy who thinks you’re swell (and you do seem swell) is just that.

by Amy Goldstein, Anne Hull and Julie Tate – Aug. 7, 2008 12:00 AM
    Washington Post
    .

More than a year before the anthrax attacks that killed five people in 2001, Bruce E. Ivins told a counselor that he was interested in a young woman who lived out of town and that he had “mixed poison” and taken it with him when he went to watch her in a soccer match.

“If she lost, he was going to poison her,” said the counselor, who treated Ivins at a Frederick, Md., clinic four or five times during summer 2000. She said Ivins emphasized that he was a skillful scientist who “knew how to do things without people finding out.”

The counselor, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said in a two-hour interview Wednesday that she was so alarmed by her client’s emotionless description of a specific, homicidal plan that she immediately alerted the head of her clinic and a psychiatrist who had treated Ivins, as well as the Frederick Police Department. She said the police told her nothing could be done because she did not have the woman’s address or last name.

The account of the counselor, who was interviewed by the FBI early last week, is part of a dark portrait of Ivins that emerges from documents made public Wednesday by the Justice Department, as well as e-mail messages, chat-room postings and an interview with a former graduate student at the University of North Carolina who said Ivins was obsessed with her sorority when he was at the university three decades ago.

    David Willman features this witness throughout the book. He uncritically relies on this witness at 62, 63, 64, 65-66, 68, 293, 312, 313, 353, 375 n.

On the merits, he just speculates why Dr. Ivins might be guilty and adopts the government’s position.

He relegates to an Appendix to the Epilogue consideration of merits such as the Silicon Signature, subtilis contamination and genetics.

He refuses even to acknowledge the lab notes uploaded May 11, 2011 for the first time showing the reason Dr. Ivins had for being in the lab.

DW should address the merits and postpone his movie plans until after the GAO report in September which is likely to shred the FBI’s case and point out Mr. Willman’s reckless failure to vet his main witness for mental stability.

David Willman’s key witness’ first contact with an extraterrestial:

“”My experience with beings who claim to be extraterrestial dates back to 1980 when I had my first spontaneous kundalini experience. I perceived a being appearing before me who I assumed to be Jesus. When I asked the being if he was Jesus, he said, “No” and explained that he was a savior from another planetary system. At that time, i could not assimilate the information and its subsequent impact. I had to substitute the image of Jesus from my own comfort’s sake. Since then, I have experienced many kinds of extraterrestial incidents and visitations. I concluded that most phenomena occur in the astral realms, but there are times when I have observed enttities whose energy calibrates far beyond the astral realm of consciousness.”

It seems perfectly normal to me to believe that telepathy, bilocation, and a dimensional change consciousness allow us to be in contact with life from other planetary systems and other dimensions.”

Sometimes evil spirits of Ms. Judith McLean’s clients attached themselves to her:

“I once had a male client who came to me with the diagnosis of multiple personalities. He was physically abused as a child and it was evident to me that an entity had attached itself at that time. Subsequently the child’s, and later adult’s, personality changed and that of the abusive spirit came forth. I exorcised this entity from client, but found the entity then attached itself to me with a murderous intent.”

The fellow that thinks it is 99% certain a First Grader wrote the letters thinks that JM’s credibility is not relevant.

To the contrary, under the Federal Rules, the credibility of a witness would be highly relevant. For example, on cross-examination, Ivins’ counsel might ask whether Dr. Ivins’ mother’s spirit attached herself to Ms. McLean and if so, how did she exorcise her spirit. She no longer uses a rattle in performing exorcisms. She uses a violet vortex of light.

After 911, investigative reporter David Willman’s key witness did bi-location work in both New York City and Afghanistan. She explains in her fascinating 2009 book that can be downloaded:

“As I traveled in astral form at night and came back into my body in the morning, I found there were occasions where I was followed by Taliban entities. I became aware that many of the terrorists who died in Afghanistan during our war with them were entities who followed me. They had continued their terrorist activities in the astral plane and were encouraged and advised by spirt adopts working negatively on the astral planes.”

    Comment:

Ohmigosh, KSM also had an Astral Planes Operation!

    • DXer said

After 911, investigative reporter David Willman’s key witness found her bi-location work in both New York City and Afghanistan exhausting and it took her 3 months to recover.

“”They had continued their terrorist activities in the astral plane and were encouraged and advised by spirit adepts working negatively on the astral planes. Once I was aware of these beings, I had to be very careful about self-protection and working with other beings of light. When I left my body at night, I went through a portal of energy that I had created. The portal of energy was a spiral vortex formed as an entrance into the astral plane. This had to be closed down after my discovery of the entities. A new portal of energy was constructed through which these entities would not follow. After a month or more of doing bilocation work i Afghanistan and at the World Trade Center site, I found myself physically exhausted. My allergies worsened, and I was aware I was bring back toxins from the World Trade Center debris and its surrounding air into my physical body. It took me three months to recover my normal energy level.”

Comment: Mr. Willman’s and the Amerithrax investigators’ key witness against Dr. Ivins should consider that what sickened her in connection with her 911 astral traveling work was the pollen in Afghanistan rather than just the WTC debris. Hey, Ken Kohl and Rachel Lieber, can you imagine the fun that someone with the folksy charm and good looks of Attorney Paul Kemp, one of the top 50 lawyers in DC, could have had with this? Isn’t any one going to start producing documents that are being withheld?

      • DXer said

David Willman’s key witness (see his news articles and book) protects herself from cranky Taliban spirits, toxins and the like from the astral plane by a shield:

“One form of self-protection I often use is to take the white light energy and build a geode crystal energy shield around myself that seems impenetrable. I imagine hundreds of tiny crystals are projecting from outside the aura shell forming a barricade of crystals that reflect back negativity and protect the etheric body from absorbing astral viruses, bacteria, or negativity from the astral environment.”

Comment: Think of it as sort of a biohazard suit for use on the astral plane. Is David Willman really going to continue tomorrow urging that the United States government has failed in the most basic vetting for mental stability? Is he going to continue to tell other reporters that they haven’t done an adequate job in their research? What is his excuse for not doing the most basic google?

        • DXer said

          David Willman’s key witness writes:

“Being very sensitive has its blessings, but also gives me a somewhat permeable energy field. I pick up telepathic thoughts with clairaudience and hear and clairvoyantly view things others cannot. But this awareness also heightens my susceptibility ot being attacked by those entities that do not want me to work for the good of humankind.”

Comment: Reverend McLean could moonlight for AUSA Rachel Lieber as a jury consultant — advising her on what jurors think of her Ivins Theory.

Amerithrax represents the greatest failure of counterintelligence analysis in United States history and David Willman is now its spokesperson.

        • DXer said

This is not the first time David Willman’s key witness has solved a crime. She remote viewed the corpse of her cousin’s fiance’s murdered body.

“In 1996, my mother called and informed me that my cousin’s fiance was missing. … That night in meditation, I received instructions that I should go to Joan. Using remote viewing (viewing long distance events through clairvoyance), I saw Joan in a forested area near or in a state park. I saw her lifeless body in a ravine. I bilocated my astral body to this area and tried to rouse her spirit. It seemed Joan had been drugged, causing her spirit to be confused, very groggy, and unaware of what had happened to her. I helped her remove herself from her physical body. Then, in a slow process, we moved together until I aw a vortex of light open from another dimension. Joan was afraid to move on and wanted to immediately incarnate again. It took some time to help her move through the dimensional vortext to the spirt helpers in the other realm. Throughout the next couple of days, I moved into tha tother dimensional awareness to make sure she was recovering. Her determination to reincarnate immediately was strong for quite a period of time…. A few days after this happened, I called the police in Oregon and gave them a description of the area in which I had seen Joan’s body. Fortunately, they accepted psychic impressions. I described the type of area I had seen. They informed that she had just been found. She had been located in a forested area in a ravine, as I had described to them. Police discovered Joan had been murdered.”

        • DXer said

Ms. McLean explains that in her work as a medium,

“A myriad of not only Jewish but also Russian and Gypsy spirits physically killed in pograms before and during World War II came in groups asking me for assistance.”

    • DXer said

      Mr. Willman writes:

“McLean was trying to stay outwardly calm and nonjudgmental, yet she was afraid of what Ivins might do — to her or to someone else. She found him “creepy, scary, spooky,” and was determined to sound a warning.”

      Dr. Ivins emailed Mara:

      July 23, 2000
“It’s been a real stressful week, from all stand points. Home, work , and it’s not going well with the counselor I’m going to. (She said she thinks I went up to see you to have an affair). I’m going to have to ask to get put with another counsel or go into a group therapy session. … Sometimes I think that it’s all just too much.”

      July 26, 2000 email
“I had my last visit with my counselor yesterday, and I told her why I wanted to make a fresh start with someone else.”

      March 4, 2001 email
“The woman [counselor Judith McLean] I saw before I went into group wanted to put me in jail. That wasn’t very helpful either. I’m down to a point where there are some things that are eating away that I feel I can’t tell ANYONE.”

Dr. Ivins first therapist explains in her 2009 book that she can communicate with rocks.

“Mineral Kingdom Within the Physical Dimension”

“Shortly after my awaking,… I realized I could communicate with rocks and understand the consciousness that pervades them. … My understanding was that I needed to ask permission from rocks to move them to any new location. … ”

She describes her experience with one particularly large rock in France, a standing stone like at Stonehenge in England.

“”Imagine my surprise when the “spirt” inhabitating this huge stone asked to be released. … It indicated it had served well for thousands of years and wanted to move along in consciousness. It asked for my help. I was very surprised, never having been asked to help a stone release its spirit… Upon its release, it quickly zoomed away, and I was left to help gather consciousness from other rocks and nature to fill the void left by the essence of the stone. I wanted to meditate on this unusual occurrence, but the gatekeeper came and informed us we would need to leave…”

    • DXer said

In her 2009 book, Dr. Ivins’ first therapist describes that the next day when she returned to those stone fields in France:

“The first thing I noticed was the stones were singing. My husband was unaware of the occurrence, but humored me. …… Upon entering one field, the rocks asked me to help a large group of them move their consciousness out of the stones so they could advance in evolutionary growth and experience something else. …Dreams and melodies from these stones often floated through my sleeping and waking states in the months that followed my visit.”

      • DXer said

In her 2009 book, Dr. Ivins’ first therapist — relied upon extensively by David Willman in his new book on Amerithrax and also relied upon by the FBI investigators and prosecutors in closing the case — describes that she also communicates with bushes and sees fairies.

“Vegetable Kingdom Within the Physical Dimension”

“On several occasions I had dreams about bushes around the yard that were not doing well and petition me for help. .. soon realized that plants also react with fear when pruned or cut for flood, which can be seen in their aura. .. All of the creatures from fairy tales seemed to have a very real existence once I became in tune with the vegetable kingdom. The most outstanding visual experience of these devas came in Ireland where these beings are not consigned only to the realm of fantasy. It is common to see huge communities of tiny intelligences with etheric wings and human-type features that I recognized as fairies.”

        • DXer said

Her cats also astral travel and accompany her when she is out of town. “Currently when I travel, I often experience my three cats astral traveling and visiting me at night.”

Perhaps tomorrow David Willman could do a joint interview with his key witness. Today he wrote an article in the Washington Post in which he emphasized the importance of vetting for mental stability.

          He relies on the Reverend JM as the key witness at pages 62, 63, 64, 65-66, 68, 293, 312, 313, 353, and 375n.

What vetting did he do? Did he use google? (All of this is ascertainable from google within a couple of minutes.) Is he suggesting his FBI investigator contacts were not aware of this background? Lawrence Alexander developed his sorority theory using google and so surely he knows. Does he? Someone should ask.

        • DXer said

She explains the toll that these psychic abilities brought to her health:

“During the first years following that episode [where she was talking in tongues and the bishop told her husband to get her psychiatric help], I was extremely sensitive to light, sound, and environmental factors. I became allergic to most anything that is breathed and eaten. Those were trying times of mystical depression and alternating ecstasies.”

  19. DXer said

At the massage parlor near her home, Judith McLean says the spirits were opening up the bathroom doors at inopportune times.

She says that spirits may find it hard to move on because of their addictions. For example, someone addicted to drinking might hang out at bars.

    • DXer said

She says that spirits are very fascinating but if you get too interested in their lives and time, they might be less interested in moving on. You can pick up bacteria from a spirit. She says she wasn’t a natural medium until her 1980 talking-in-tongues experience.

She had to throw her books on being a medium into the garbage because she was attracting too many spirits.

      • DXer said

BBC 3 Bullsh!t detectors exposes three mediums

        • DXer said

The Reverend McLean explains in her book (available on Kindle) an example of her psychic work as a medium upon the death of her mentor:

“”During the preparation of the ceremony and while I was staying in Paula’s home, she guided us telepathically as to what she wanted and who was to have certain personal items o fhers. She also wanted her genealogical records placed in three different archives, so with her children’s permission, I gathered them, sorted, and collated the records, and had them placed at three different archive locations.”

        • DXer said

David Willman’s witness describes that being a medium can pose health problems:

“Mediums are also often subjected to health problems. When they merge their essence with that of another, they can easily bring back negativity in a variety of forms. Some forms of negativity are mental and astral viruses, confusion, agitation and untruths.

“”There are many reports of long term immune system problems, nervous system impairment, and psychological illness resulting from mediumship.”

Comment: An interviewer should ask the Reverend if she can channel Dr. Ivins and ask him if he committed the Fall 2001 anthrax mailings.

        • DXer said

David Willman’s key witness sees visions. She writes in 2009:

“Visions may be illusions from the astral realm or predictors of a future event. An apparition can be a genuine being of light and high consciousness or an illusion caused by mass hysteria thinking. The path to understanding these visions is learning to be discerning and careful.”

        • DXer said

In describing her work as medium, she reports that “I have visitations from countless Jews in my meditation. At first they came one or two at a time and later in large groups. This occurred in the year when the National Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. was about to open. Most of these spirits indicated that they had died in the pogroms and concentration camps of World War II.”

One question an interviewer might ask of David Willman’s key witness is whether she has had any visitations from the anthrax victims. Perhaps she could go into a full trance or semi-trance and call them up to ask their opinion of David Willman’s Ivins Theory.

        • DXer said

She says that one family that visited her (in her work as a medium) asked her to take a white rose to the museum — and she obliged.

        • DXer said

She says that in her work as a medium, some of the spirits are cranky — particularly the Taliban. (Reverend McLean might be asked to summon Osama so he can be asked where Dr. Ayman might be hiding).

David Willman’s key witness (see his featuring of her claims in his lead articles written for major media outlets): “As my mediumistic skills grew through researching genealogy and spirit releasing work, I realized deceased spirits are like humans. Some are wonderful and loving, and others are cranky oar “mean spirited. … While I had a few encounters with negative spirits, particularly with the Taliban after September 11th, they have been very few and far between.”

        • DXer said

On a trip to Egypt, David Willman’s featured witness was psychically attacked in the catacombs of Alexandria:

“In the catacombs of Alexandria, I felt a dreaded sense of evil and was psychically attacked. I quickly left the catacombs with a couple of others who helped me to spiritually ward off these entities. The rest of the group remained in the catacombs. Following that excision, many of the group members became ill. I was able to clairvoyantly see attached entities, astral forms and debris, thoughtforms, and etherics poisons in their fields.”

Comment: Homeland Security might consider recruiting DW’s key witness to detect poisons. I would have thought that the folks touring Egypt perhaps got sick because of something they ate or drank — but hey, I’m not a psychic.

        • DXer said

David Willman’s key witness explains that she was bestowed her psychic abilities by an extraterrestial.in her 2009 book which is a must-read — but especially if an exorcist is needed. The reverend explains that she used to use a rattle in performing exorcisms but now she uses a violet vortex of light. In performing exorcisms, she writes: “I generally use telepathy to talk to the entity in a calm and compassionate way.”

        • DXer said

She describes her visions and personal experience with mediumship:

“My own experience with visions is long and varied… Psychic visions and skills have at times led me into delusional realms of information, so learning discernment has been a primary goal. Its importance cannot be underestimated.”

Now that we have an experienced investigative journalist like David bringing forward this key witness, BBC or Frontline should interview David and the Reverend and focus on this issue of delusional realms of information, discernment, vetting, checking … yes, Agent Lawrence Alexander, googling…

Did Agent Alexander use the googling skills he sharpened on the issue of sororities to consider the extraterrestial-granted psychic powers and visions before closing the Amerithrax case, involving this country’s national security?

GAO: What do internal memos show about his vouching for this witness?

And what about longtime FBI Quantico expert Dr. Saathoff, who advised the investigators on how to aggressively approach Dr. Ivins in 2007 and 2008?

What is his professional view of the reliability of this witness and for all the money he was paid in 2008 by the FBI — and it was a lot in connection with various matters — what did he advise the FBI about the credibility of the Reverend’s account?

Ed Lake urged on Meryl Nass’ blog a day or so ago that the book should be taught in journalism schools as a case study on how research and discernments of facts should be done. He thinks it is unfair to consider the credibility of David’s key witness, consider whether her visions or the Taliban entities pursuing her in 2001, or the extraterrestial who granted her psychic abilities might have led her to a “delusional realm of information.” He thinks it is near certain that a First Grader wrote the anthrax letters.

In this radio interview, she says she does bi-location work so she can be two places at once. At night, she receives an assignment and does her work before she goes to sleep. Travelling to some far away place to help out.

When 9/11 happened, she used her bi-location ability to go to New York to help out there (after initially checking in at the Pentagon to see if she could help out there). A person came to her in spirit form….

She used her powers to send out looking for other DNA fragments to bring them together to form etheric bodies.

But you can hear her description of when she acquired her psychic abilities — no remote viewing skills necessary. Her interview begins at 15 minutes into this radio program from last September 2010 at this link. Just hit the podcast and move to 15 minutes.

At 18:35 she says you too can learn remote viewing. The radio interviewer notes that it could replace Skype if both parties learn remote viewing.

She says that living near a cemetery is a real challenge. A cemetery near a massage parlor was a real annoyance — the spirits brushed past clients etc.

Reminds me of the book on auras written by fellow, Mark Smith, who made the FBI’s sting website anthraxhunt.com profiling a bi-polar type with a sexual dysfunction.*/ You can Mark Smith’s book on auras at alibris or read it online. Who were his Maryland associates?

But this case posed an entirely new set of challenges, and Roth was willing to try almost anything to solve it. At one point, he held a meeting with Mark Smith, a veteran Maryland handwriting analyst, and two associates, who proposed setting up a computer sting operation in an effort to identify the killer. Smith would try to lure the perpetrator to two Web sites, handtomind.com and anthraxhunt.com, by making provocative comments about the killer’s handwriting and publicizing the sites in interviews and on TV’s “America’s Most Wanted.”

Roth encouraged the men to try the plan. If it worked, they might be eligible for the FBI reward for information leading to a conviction — a sum that began at $1 million and eventually ballooned to the current $2.5 million. The sting operation lasted a few months and attracted at least two people on the bureau’s watch list, but it apparently produced no breakthroughs.

Smith says the FBI’s frustrations with the case were palpable. At one meeting at the Washington field office, agents talked candidly about the toll the long hours were exacting on their families. Roth vented, too, groaning to no one in particular, “Get me out of this!”

Mark Smith, according to the Washington Post, when he was not lecturing about interpreting personalities based on a person’s aura, helped set up websites “handtomind.com and anthraxhunt.com” and “making provocative comments about the killer’s handwriting and publicizing the sites in interviews and on TV’s “America’s Most Wanted.””

    Agent Dellefera and Dr. Saathoff:

How did this FBI’s strategy of provoking a suspect by talking about sexual dysfunction, being bi-polar, and having a martyr complex work?

Didn’t it in fact allow the agents to close the case?

If they knew he was fragile, why did they falsely tell him Dr. Heine had said Ivins did it?

If they knew he was fragile, why did they swab him for DNA for the purpose of testing the semen on the panties? (didn’t they already have his DNA from the cup?).

If they knew he was fragile, why did they say they were going to call his family before the grand jury to confirm he was unhappy at home?

Wouldn’t the FBI and its experts have been creamed at trial?

    GAO:

Isn’t it a undisputable fact that for two years DOJ/FBI failed to produce or mention that there were contemporaneous notes made on the nights the DOJ claimed Dr. Ivins was making a dried powdered anthrax? That they even now refuse to address directly or through their proxies?

The prosecutors first mentioned 5 of the 8 nights of notes on February 2010 but are still withholding those and other notes from September 2001 and October 2001.

*The anthraxhunt website for the Task Force was in association with Vince Cannistraro of the CIA (who, in the small world department, was sought as expert witness by the blind sheik at blind sheik’s trial or the WTC 1993).
