* For the Notebook describing USAMRIID’s shipment of 4 vials of Ba Ames to Dugway, which contained numerous entries by Ivins, see this Notebook that USAMRIID refuses to produce despite repeated requests

* FBI is still withholding from the public and GAO the notebook pages relating to the research involving the virulent Ames spores provided in 1998 to the DARPA researchers studying this decontamination agent described in this August 2012 patent; Flask 1029 distributions to researchers doing work at USAMRIID were not recorded on the Flask 1029 inventory where it was done at USAMRIID.

DXer’s challenge … 

In Amerithrax, the way to pursue “tough questions” is to pursue the contemporaneous documents being withheld that show what Dr. Ivins was doing in the lab in September and October 2001.  Accomplished book authors such as Garrett, Guillemin and Willman are entitled to fee waivers.

It is unacceptable that these authors and pundits do not place a priority on obtaining and reviewing the documentary evidence still being withheld. 

But it is never too late for them to do so and I urge them to focus on obtaining the documentary evidence that will permit an accurate chronology of Dr. Ivins’ activities in September and October 2001.  Once those documents are produced, we will be in a position to assess the evidence.
