The FBI now is producing 3,433 pages of records relating to the 2000 Interim case summary written by Richard Lambert. The documents are contained on 7 CDs.

Message to Yazid Sufaat’s gracious wife and daughter and his counsel: Tell him that thousands of more pages about the Fall 2001 anthrax mailings are being produced and will be made available publicly. The interim case summary was written by the former lead Amerithrax investigator who has sued in federal district court and is publicly alleging that the FBI is intentionally (and improperly) withholding material information.

Yazid Sufaat does not want to be on the wrong of this continuing legal obligation to avoid withholding of information.
