* Ivins was told that the spore powder used in the Fall 2001 anthrax attacks was almost exactly the same as spore powder that had been made at USAMRIID

* Army JAG has a copy of Notebook 4010 that the Army FOIA is refusing to provide and has been pretending it does not have; Ivins advised playing hide-the-ball regarding shipments of dry anthrax spores to other institutions. It’s time that USAMRIID produce Notebook 4010 relating to Flask 1029, claimed by the US DOJ and FBI to be the origin of the “murder weapon.”
