The background of the uploading to the USMRMC website yesterday is here:
https://caseclosedbylewweinstein.wordpress.com/2015/09/29/what-is-our-government-hiding-who-is-doing-the-hiding-why-these-are-crucial-questions-affecting-our-national-security-tody/comment-page-1/#comment-40734
The good faith demonstrated by the uploading may bode well for the possibility that USAMRMC will assist in obtaining Notebooks 3655 and 4010 (and one 1 or 2 others) that were taken from USAMRIID and not returned.
If it takes intervention by a superior or the CDC or Army Command, then someone needs to show some leadership on the issue. The CDC report and the report by the Army on accountability will not be well-received if critical documents relating to distribution of Ames (Notebooks 3655 and 4010) that killed 5 people is ignored.
The notebooks constitute Dr. Ivins’ contemporary notes about the genetically matching Ames. It is truly outrageous that the FBI has refused to produce them. The FBI is currently considering an appeal in a FOIA request that seeks the notebook entries from September-October 2001. (Expect a decision within 2-3 weeks.) The FBI claimed to Dillon falsely claimed that the information had already been uploaded at The FBI’s Vault.
To me, the FBI claimed/implied it had never received the request referred from USAMRIID. The FBI pretending it did not get the most recent request for them is beyond the pale.
So in answer to Lew’s question “Who is doing the hiding?”, the answer is the FBI.
The former lead Amerithrax investigator Richard L. Lambert has said the same thing on national television in his whisteblower suit.
To find out specifically who at the FBI is responsible for failing to return a copy to USAMRIID and/or produce them under FOIA, Army Command would have to contact FBI’s FOIA head David Hardy and ask him.

The “.pdf” does not hyperlink to me — which is what results in a broken link. One can just cut-and-paste the entire URL.
