The US Army has not uploaded the lab notebook of Bruce Ivins that relates to the virulent Ames shipped from Dugway to USAMRIID and put into Flask 1029 by Bruce Ivins.FN/
Some have given the flask the sensationally and intentionally misleading name “the murder weapon.”
Why hasn’t the US Army uploaded that lab notebook along with the other dozen notebooks uploaded?
Because the FBI removed it from USAMRIID?
If so, why hasn’t the USAMRIID obtained the notebook back from the FBI and then uploaded?
How can it be determined who irradiated Ames from Flask 1029 without the notebook? EA 101 forms? Ha!
The two who guided the DOD review — Christian Hassell and Vahid Majidi — were respectively the heads of the FBI Laboratory and the WMD director who guided the closing of Amerithrax upon Bruce Ivins’ suicide.
How could the Army investigators who went to USAMRIID to study the question where irradiated Ames was sent do the tasked job if the documents were not there? (Because the FBI had not returned the notebook.)
How can the Army claim that there is transparency?
Why did the Army review — led by Hformer FBI officials Hassell and Majidi — truncate the inquiry to relate to only post-911 shipments?
The most relevant shipments of all were the Ames from Flask 1029 which the USG/ FBI says killed five people.
How is there transparency? How is their accountability?
If the Lab Notebook is 177 pages, 177 pages (with any redactions necessary) should be uploaded.

I believe the notebook is 88 pages. 88 pages should now be uploaded. The FBI is intentionally withholding 58 of the pages.

“I’m still looking for the im challenge data. Unfortunately, the FBI has some of my notebooks that contain the data.
30 pages from LAB NOTEBOOK 4010 were disclosed to the NAS — it is Batch 326, item #13.
Flask 1030, you may recall, not only was genetically matching but had a silicon signature.
The FBI is refusing to provide me 3655 also. The FBI pretended that they did not receive the last request that they provably did.

Ken Dillon features Notebook 4010 and Notebook 3655 — being wrongfully withheld by the FBI — prominently in his June 19, 2015. Freedom of Information Appeal.
Laboratory Notebooks: FBI needs to release Notebook 4010 regarding Ivins’s Flask 1029 as well as relevant pages from Notebooks 3655, 3945, and 4251. To be fully responsive to the need of the American people to understand this important case, all pages of all relevant notebooks for all dates should be released.
Dr. Dillon should bring a lawsuit that bears down on identifying who has been responsible for what amounts to an obstruction at Justice.
