    The FBI said Friday it has complied with a demand from the government’s secret surveillance court to detail all the cases that may have been tainted by the disgraced former bureau lawyer who falsified information in order to target the Trump campaign.

    I thought it was thoughtful piece and stands out as unique, highly citable contribution to the scholarly literature on the issue of the warrants in Amerithrax. The Fourth Amendment is a fascinating subject and Attorney Grafft’s article illustrates well that new issues continue to arise as our technology evolves.
