    Whose initials are these?

Are they PF the initials of Patricia Fellows, who Dr. Ivins said in this interview made the April 2002 submission? Are they PF, the person whose deposition the DOJ required to be shredded? Under ordinary common law principles of spoliation of evidence, inferences are to be made against the party destroying evidence. We could have had important light brought to bear on these questions but DOJ required the entire deposition to be destroyed.

Note that in the Amerithrax investigative summary, AUSA Lieber says that Dr. Ivins and Pat both made the February 2002 samples and that Dr. Ivins labeled them.
