CASE CLOSED … what really happened in the 2001 anthrax attacks?

* In an earlier experiment under the rabbit Protocol B00-03, the assistance of Dr. Ivins and two others was offered in connection with the bleeds over the two day period.

It’s time to upload a copy of an unredacted copy of B01-11, the animal protocol relating to the formaldehyde/ rabbit experiment that Dr. Ivins was working in late September 2001 and early October 2001 when the AUSAs speculated Dr. Ivins was powderizing anthrax that was then used to murder people.

When rabbits were bled at Covance, each bleed cost about $11 per rabbit. Under the contract, there needed to be an average of 5 ml. but the average drawn from data charts (see, e.g., B003, Part 5), seems to be closer to 7 ml.

    • Try to find the cost center logic of their billing, book-keeping, auditing and accounting. Did Suite B3 bill to other parts of Ft. Detrick? To other parts of the government?

Was Suite B3 analogous to Battelle in billing for everything it did including its time?

Was there a computer system for tracking costs and billing by Suite B3?

What is the name of that computer system?

Who did the audits? Was there an auditor from outside Ft. Detrick as well as inside?
