    When animals were housed in 1412 rather than 1425, the hours would be logged in the biolevel 3 facility holding the animals in 1412 rather than the one in 1425.

    It was wholly insufficient to interpret the hours without taking into account where the animals were housed, the timing of animal studies, and the duties of individual investigators.

    Sometimes someone good at undercover in an urban drug setting is not similarly experienced at obtaining and reviewing the relevant documents relating to a research lab. People have different strengths.

    USAMRIID FOIA uploaded the original protocol (being amended) in mid-November 2011.

    I expect the webmaster may upload additional protocols as they are produced — to include the range of mice, guinea pig and rabbit protocols implemented in Sep-Oct 2001.
