CASE CLOSED … what really happened in the 2001 anthrax attacks?

* During the day on September 25, 2001, Dr. Ivins was busy costing out the planned long-term monkey study.

On January 25, 2011, USAMRIID uploaded detailed typed notes that Dr. Ivins made from his Lab Notebook 3268, relating to monkeys. Dr. Ivins was involved in developing a cost estimate for a future monkey study and in the detailed typed notes he was addressing a study done in 1990 or so. If GAO contacted USAMRIID, it could obtain the time that the document was created and on which computer it was created. There were two computers in B3. One can determine when he was on the computer in B3 by studying the documents. Now THAT is probative science bearing on what Dr. Ivins was doing at particular times in B3. Such a focus is far more probative than a multi-million dollar genetics study that merely narrowed those with access to genetically matching samples at USAMRIID from 700 to “up to 377” .. when all the time the same people had access to both those with 4 morphs and those without.
