Both were highly experienced at what they did. The passive mouse experiment, on the face of the uploaded notebook as redacted and uploaded a couple years ago, was shared by Bruce Ivins and Pat F.

    Indeed, that is Pat’s nice handwriting. In contrast, it was Dr. Ivins loosy-goosy handwriting that filled in the chart.

    Anyone who claimed that challenge was not done under BL-3 containment conditions was very seriously uninformed and is not a reliable source of information.
