On October 3, 2001 Dr. Ivins noted that this experiment was being postponed indefinitely. Previously I posted that I believe it was because of assay problems.

It is important that the 302 interview statements describing these experiments in September and October 2001 be unredacted so that the welter of confusing and contradictory references can be sorted out. For example, here is a reference to an experiment under the protocol B00-03 being postponed. There is no good grounds for any redactions in the 302 interview statements on the subject of how Dr. Ivins spent his time in the lab during the Fall 2001.

On October 3, 2001 Dr. Ivins was in the lab in connection with this experiment which needed to be postponed, I believe, because of assay problems. AUSA Lieber has never evidenced any understanding that he was in the lab on October 3 in connection with rabbits. The word rabbits has never passed her lips.
