The FBI’s star witness in Amerithrax — the alcohol addiction counselor who was on house arrest for another DWI — wrote a book overlooked by investigators explaining that she thought she was controlled by an alien who had implanted a microchip in her butt. Maybe she and Bill Allen are on the same frequency.

Allen’s Facebook posts indicate interest in anti-government conspiracy theories about government mind control and half-baked science advice, including recipes for extracting poison from seeds.

Though public records show Allen to be a registered Republican, he spent years sharing broadly anti-government posts, particularly in relation to the FBI and CIA.

The posts were often unintelligible, detailing pseudo-scientific concepts, religious passages, or devices that could facilitate mind control. In December, Allen shared a video about “extracting cyanide from apple seeds with hydraulic press.” Allen also occasionally commented on medical institutions’ or politicians’ Facebook posts. He spammed two cancer foundations with posts in December, claiming to know the cure to cancer.

Now R. Scott Decker is attempting to sell the same reliance on McLean’s notations in the folder about Ivins for $38.

Faced with an absence of evidence against Ivins but determined to develop an alternative to the debunked Hatfill Theory, R. Scott Decker, Scott Stanley (who moved over to behavioral unit at Quantico) and his friend Greg Saathoff, took Judith McLean’s notes on Ivins counseling sessions and spun a psychological basis for finding Ivins guilty of the Ivins crime.

It constituted gross incompetence for them not to vet Judith McLean by something as simple as reading her book at amazon.com that she wrote about the period she met with Ivins in summer of 2000.

I was unable to persuade Gragory Saathoff to correct his reliance on the witness in his report and claims. We have met the enemy and we are our own worst enemy when we don’t correct our mistakes when they are pointed out.

On page 9, the DOJ of the Amerithrax Summary relies upon a “mental health provider” in closing (after 911) the largest criminal case in history who said Ivins had “a history dating to his graduate days of homicidal threats, actions, [and] plans,”

The first “mental health provider” was a part-time addictions counselor who in a 2009 book explains that during the period she had been psychotic and thought an alien was controlling her actions through a microchip implanted in her butt. She says she thought murderous astral entities were attached to her clients and were trying to kill her.

The file of the first counselor was given the second “mental health provider” , an addictions counselor recently off house arrest for a second DWI — and that set in motion the events leading up to a restraining order and Dr. Ivins suicide. The two counselors spoke.

Amerithrax represents the greatest counterintelligence failure in the history of the United States.
