I think the two single most important people in the entire investigation (often described as the biggest FBI history) will prove to be the USAMRIID and USAMRMC FOIA officers.
It would prove an important lesson for organizations and fact-finding everywhere.

How many people are on the team? Ivins and 2 assistants? Others? How many people worked in the BSL3 in September 2001?
How many were on these animal vaccine trials?
Did 3 people do all this work?
Who went to Covance?
Did janitors go into the BSL3? Switching their clothes and taking a shower to leave? Or was it cleaned by Ivins and his assistants?
The animal checks? Did 3 people handle all of them? Ivins and 2 assistants? So on Saturday September 15, 2001, each of them was in the BSL3?
