Ken Dillon seeks these computer records relating to September and October 2001 in his June 19, 2015 appeal directed to the FBI.

Even though surfing porn at work would have been a firable offense, surfing porn in his B3 suite would have been potent alibi.

“Paper and Computer Files: These include all records for September and October, 2001 related to the computer installed in Ivins’s B3 suite in summer, 2001: Macintosh MMCN E7380. They also include all paper and computer files, including on other work and personal computers used by Ivins.”

Oops! The dog ate the computer.

By email dated January 29, 2003, Dr. Ivins wrote: “We are having trouble locating an old computer.”

The email to him had the subject “Annual Inventory for ___” It read:

    “Good Afternoon,

Your inventory is due today, I provided ____________ with a new copy of your hand receipt, please sign and return to me. Thanking you in advance.”

The MCMN, he responds, is D8964. Dr. Ivins reports that the missing computer is “an Apple computer, model M509, serial number FC30317R465.

He says we know we that we had it in 1998, but we’re trying to find out more about it. It probably has been turned in, but I can’t find a record of it. It’s certainly a very OLD computer!
