Case Closed is a fast-paced thriller. Weinstein does a terriffic job telling this fictionalized account of a post-mortem investigation of a failed FBI investigation.The writing is sparse and the plot is plausible.  A thoroughly enjoyable and illuminating read. The questions raised in Case Closed show that the original investigation was pursued without regard to fundamental investigative protocols. There is also the lingering and frightening possibility that this might have been intentional.
