I thought it was thoughtful piece and stands out as unique, highly citable contribution to the scholarly literature on the issue of the warrants in Amerithrax. The Fourth Amendment is a fascinating subject and Attorney Grafft’s article illustrates well that new issues continue to arise as our technology evolves.
