Detrick using the procedure Ivins used there. They don’t contain the chemical additives in the letters.

If Ivins repeated the same procedure, with the same ingredients in his glove box in his lab he would produce the same RMR 1029 without the additives. Why would he add these additives? Were the additives available in Ivins area? Are they there now?
